If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We may not be able to replace or refund orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the shipping date. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the shipping date.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and original packaging.

If any item(s) are found to have been used, worn, or washed customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers must contact us as soon as possible after receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the request and determine the appropriate solution.
